The kick or punch wouldn't work, but I had a better idea. I had seen what happened when Fang kissed Max, and thought I should try it here.

I wrapped my arm around her neck and pulled her face closer to mine. Our lips touched, and I kissed her. I leaned my head back, and smiled, raising my eyebrow. "Bye."

I pushed off from the ground and flew as fast as I could away from the camp.
"Now, listen---" Missy was interupted when he suddenly grabbed her and kissed her. He kissed me! He just fucking kissed me!
He pulled away and flew away. Missy stood there, watching him fly away with a confused smile on her face.

I looked back, and I guessed it worked. I mean, my jacket was torn now, but hey, I got away. I spotted a hilly area, and a heck of a lot of trees. I swooped down and landed on a branch, and figured I was about 300 yards away from where the girl was.

I lied down on the branch, and closed my eyes. I was super tired. I didn't need much sleep, but I hadn't caught some zzz's for the past 5 days.

I saw a figure standing over me, and I jumped up.
"What. The. Hell. Do. You. Want?" I asked, imitating the way Fang said one word per punch.

I tried dodging most of his punches, but two got me in the mouth.

I unfurled my wings as I fell, and flew back up, pumping my wings hard. I flew above her, then dropped down with one leg extended to kick her chest.

I stood up, holding a rock in my right hand. It was sharp, and could probably pierce her skin.
I lunged myself towards her, pumping my wings to get a speed boost. I held out both fists, one with the rock and the other a solid punch.

Fang followed me,and after we were up severel hundred feet in the air,he turned to me and said,"Where do you think he went?"
I shrugged,scanning the sky,and below us too,in the forest,although I knew if he was down there we'd never see him.But he couldnt have gotten far in fifteen minutes. . .

I led her back to the campsite, and I landed.
"Don't hurt her," I told Angel, Iggy, Gazzy, Nudge, and Total.
"She's with me, and she just needs some help."
I picked up some leftover gauze from Max and brought it over to her.
"So what's your name?" I asked, as I wrapped it around her arm.
