Oh god. Was I actually liking this? But that just made more tears flow out. I hated myself right now. And yet, I loved how crying could get you wonders with a boy. But the thought of my expiration date was not fake crying at all.

I was watching them from across the lake; Fang and 85, the two boys who had fought over me and loved me, now probably fighting over Amy.
I flicked a flat rock into the water; It skipped three times. Boys are so stupid. I mean, can they ever get enough attention from girls? It sickens me.
I angrily tossed another flat rock into the water, and it just landed with a Plunk!

I spread my wings and scratched an itch on one, then cracked my neck. I jumped into the air, beating my wings hard and fast, and took off in the air, back towards the camp site.

I touched down on the ground, by a tree that was a little farther than away from the camp site than the others. I grabbed a branch and pulled my body up to it, then climbed all the way to the thickest, top branch. I hid my backpack in the leaves and took out my iPod. I put the little earbuds in my ears and turned the iPod on, playing my favorite song and forgetting about all the troubles of the day. What was it about music that could do that to you?

I almost said goodnight to Missy as I pulled myself into the branch I slept in last night, and then remembered we weren't on speaking terms.
"Night Fang, Max, Iggy, Gazzy, Angel, Nudge, Total, Akila, and Amy." I said, closing my eyes. It wasn't like me to get this much sleep, but it felt nice.

Dangit. I was almost forgetting the whole "You don't love me, cry cry." thing with 85 while I was listening to We The Kings. But then I heard everyone else's name except mine, and remebered. I was listening to Viva la Vida now, so I switched back to We The Kings and forgot again.
