"85, you can't---" I took a deep breath to keep my voice calm. "You can't expect me to love you when we first meet. It's not always like that," I sighed, gazing into his eyes. Wait, what color were they now? I let it go and ran a hand through my hair. "I do like you. I really do, just not... love yet. I don't love very quickly."

I hummed, sitting a branch high in a tree far away from the rest of the flock. Maybe I shouldn't go back. I didn't really want to, anyway, and I have been fine on my own so far.

I landed in a tree,hugging my knees to my chest.
Tiny pricks of blood shot up as I bit my lip,and I sucked them in,fighting the lump in my throat.
He didn't mean anything to me,really.He didn't.I didn't love him,and he didn't love me,so why was I making such a big deal about this?
I knew I usually wouldnt have cried in front of people,but I gathered that it was okay in private.Nobody would know.
So that is why I blubbered like a whale,literally,and I honestly didn't even mind that my shirt was getting soaked,and then in turn,my jeans.
I just wanted to get it all out.
