So he pulled me in closer,and this time I wasn't really going to object.Not now.I closed my eyes this time,felt his hand holding my back against his firmly/

I stood up, and walked over to the other people in the cave. I sat down a few feet away from them, and bit my lower lip.

"Hi," I said.

"Hi!" Gazzy said to him,"You're 85,right?Max told me. . .well,she was thinking,and Angel overheard,and Angel told me. . .that you were crying.It's going to be alright.Trust me.I know," With that,he went over and hugged 85 - hard - and said,"Did that makes things a little better?"

He sat down,eating a peice of bread - Iggy wasn't awake yet.

I was suprised by the sudden outburst of words from this little boy I had never talked to before.

Gazzy grinned,and Nudge sat down beside 85.
"Are you,like,supposed to be evil or something?" she asked him,"Cause that's what I thought.But you don't look like you're gonna kill us,"

I pulled away.
"We have to go," I told him,and he nodded,reluctantly starting to walk towards a clearing.
I didn't say a word,neither did he.So it wasn't too terrible to have to fly ten or so feet away from him.
Finally we came upon the cave,and we stopped,skidding on the ground and rising up dust.
"Hey guys!" I said cheerfully,"Good MORNING!"

"We have to go," I told him,and he nodded,reluctantly starting to walk towards a clearing.
I didn't say a word,neither did he.So it wasn't too terrible to have to fly ten or so feet away from him.
Finally we came upon the cave,and we stopped,skidding on the ground and rising up dust.
"Hey guys!" I said cheerfully,"Good MORNING!"

I stared at her blankly, and blinked.

"So,has Iggy woken up yet?" I said,and Angel shook her head.
"I guess I'll make breakfast then," I concluded,and everyone said quickly,"NO!"
Iggy woke up,startled,and said to me,"What happened that suddenly made you all angry?"
I blinked.What?
"You want to kill them by cooking.That's a new technique," Iggy spelled out.Fang stifled a grin.
"Okay,okay.Fine," I said.

"That's a shocker. I always thought girls were better cooks." I said. I hoped she would react. Things were getting a little dull.

"Haha.That's very funny," I said,scowling in his direction.
After everyone was done,I coughed,and said,"I think we need to move on,"

"Like,I mean,we're moving around and stuff,and that's good,but maybe there's somthing bigger we should be aiming for?" I said,"Like,other than getting enough to eat and not dying,"

"We've tried that.Problem is,it's too big for us to take a shot in one go.That's why we tried to take it slow,one link at a time," I explained.

"Shh," I hushed them all, and motioned for them to stay where they were.
I crept closer to the edge of the cave, and looked past the wall. Something reached their arms under my shoulders, and lifted me off the ground. Before I could react, I was being flown away. "Get off of me!" I struggled to loosen the person's grip, but it was too hard. They had muscles of steel.
My kidnapper flew over the forest, farther away from the cave. I looked back, and saw another person swoop into the little den that everyone was in.
"No!" I yelled. I heard an innocent young girl's giggle, and knew who had stolen me from my temporary settlement.
"#73." I hissed.
I tried to swing my feet up to land a kick in her face, but she let go of one of my arms and grabbed my leg. I hung there in an awkward position, and I pulled back my free fist and punched her in the stomach. She loosened her grip on me, just long enough for me to fall down to the earth. I positioned my body at an 85 degree angle, making me drop faster. I narrowed my eyes because of the wind, and unfurled my wings. I flew up just before I hit the ground, and hovered a few feet off the floor. I looked up at the sky, and spotted 73 flying back towards the cave and my friends. I followed her quickly. If anything happened to my new companions because of my old aquaintances, I wouldn't forgive myself.
