I nodded, feeling the lie in her voice.

"You love him, and not me!" I ran, and flew into the air, flying as fast as I could away from Missy and the lake. The sun was setting, and this was when we were supposed to say the 3 most magical words. "I love you," I said quietly, wiping my eyes, and flapping my wings again.

I couldn't help but eavesdrop on their conversation. This was real drama. I wanted to laugh. Husband? At fourteen? This guy was a nutcase. Unlike Fang...I sighed, looking at the stupid idiots who "are in love".

"I'm going for a walk." I said gruffly and jumped up into the sky,beating down on the air hard,because if I pretended it was Fang then I felt a little better.
